Graduates of the MCI executive certificate course in Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Relations
- are capable of developing a decision-making framework for professional corporate communications and know how to build up trust and create scope for action;
- are familiar with the foundations and models of successful communications including their modes of action on the target audience (e.g. perception and aesthetics, psychology, design);
- see anticipatory communications as a function of strategic management and ensure that it is effectively anchored in the organization;

- are qualified to handle effective communications in various fields; they have undergone professional Interview training with personal coaching, know how to chair events with big groups and are competent in terms of conflict management, presentation and hosting events;
- know how to deal with the media, prepare a topic, write press releases and organize press conferences;
- have a good overview of the relevant legal aspects of corporate communications (e.g. data protection and media law);
- have a detailed knowledge of the instruments available for selecting an agency, providing a briefing and performing efficient planning for the use of advertising media.
