The objective of this executive certificate course is to introduce students to systemic thought and action in an organization. Students are taught to reflect at a systemic level on professional challenges and new forms of management.

Graduates of this MCI certificate executive course
  • have a heightened awareness of the principles of complex systems;
  • see how – at times of change and uncertainty – management can be given a more effective, i.e. systemic, design;
  • are capable of playing an active part in shaping the future;
  • have a personal and implementation-based concept for a more effective and creative response to the management challenges of our time;
  • understand the developmental principles of organizations and recognize the direction healthy development should take;
  • are familiar with various methods for giving a systemic and action-oriented design to leadership and change management work.

Graduates of this MCI executive certificate course can apply for credits for the international master study programs General Management Executive MBA and Master of Science in Management MSc, which are approved by degree of the Austrian Ministry of Science.
