- Positioning: The modular system and scope to combine various management courses out of a coherent system offer decision-makers at various management levels a high degree of flexibility in terms of content and time requirements and enable them to complete a quality-based Master’s program catering for their individual needs.
- Co-operation and partnerships: Full use is made of partnership programs with universities and other scientific institutions and networks with highly positive results in terms of knowledge transfer and student exchange. The same applies to co-operation agreements with the business community and other organizations.
- Employability: Employability is a key criterion at all the stages of the program, which is systematically targeted at the needs of the working world. The program equips students with applied knowledge and skills in business administration.
- Teaching and learning methods: The teaching and learning methods are based on the principles of modern adult education theory. The MCI’s choice of content and approach to teaching are targeted at the specific needs of working decision-makers. Teaching has a strong interactive element with a focus on progress through independent learning and the application of newly acquired knowledge at the practical level. Library facilities and accessibility for the programs are excellent.
- Faculty: Faculty represents a balanced mix of full- and part-time university professors and lecturers with practical experience in their field, executives from the business community, and various self-employed experts, consultants and trainers. Faculty members are recruited with the greatest care and are subsequently subjected to strict evaluation. Their teaching is based on an adult approach to learning, with linking of the various modules so as to equip students to solve complex problems on an interdisciplinary basis. Faculty has above-average practical experience.
- Infrastructure & management: The management ensures the smooth running of the program and continuing program development with the involvement of all relevant groups. The program administration operates as a high-level service provider for students and faculty alike. Full use is made of digital service support systems in addition to the personal counseling offering. The technical equipment is excellent throughout.
