An admission committee decides on the admission of applicants to the Master’s program.

Applications shall be submitted on the basis of the standardized application form, indicating personal data, information on prior education and training, previous career and experience, current job position, and motivation for applying for admission to the Master’s program, as well as medium-term professional goals.

Admission requirements:
  • a university law degree;
  • a higher education degree in another subject, provided the applicant is able to evidence relevant previous legal knowledge or works in a relevant field;
  • at least one year’s work experience related to international business and tax law.

Decisions on admissions are taken by the Scientific Director on the basis of a written application accompanied by a curriculum vitae and a description of the applicant’s medium-term professional goals followed by an interview. Decision makers without an academic degree but with an outstanding record of professional achievement may be admitted to the program in exceptional cases in accordance with the criteria laid down in the admissions procedures. Students are expected to have a sound command of English.

Previous qualifications obtained in relevant study programs may be recognized under certain conditions.
