Compact knowledge transfer and practice-oriented application within a clear & concise time frame is what the innovative one-semester compact course at the MCI offers. The management courses support decision-makers from all levels of management in coping with their professional challenges and in the honing of their further personal development. The orientation of topics is biased by requirement and demand.

In the academic year 2010/2011 we will offer the following short formats: brand management, business process management & logistics, psychology & leadership, patent & license management, sales management, systemic management, tourism management & leadership, tourism marketing & innovation, corporate communications: strategy, corporate communications: implementation, labour law and taxation law.

The additional benefit here also lies within the fact that all management course modules are certified to the internationally accredited Executive Master Study programmes: MBA, MSc and LL.M. respectively.

The didactics adhere to the already-proven concept of the classic courses. The participants mirror or rather, reflect on the content throughout their personal work experience – in the form of group work, projects and final examinations. Continuous lecturer feedback supports the learning and implementation process with sustained effect and advocates for the organisational setting of a business context.
