Major Marketing Management & Tourism |
|
|
Building on from 2008 - in which year the master degree program “Entrepreneurship and Tourism” was successfully introduced into the international education scene - the MCI has been approved for the new master degree branch “Marketing Management & Tourism”, on the part of the Austrian Accreditation Body. The initial aim of this innovative branch of study lies with a reinforced content-based foundation in prevailing developments in tourism marketing. Coinciding with a semester abroad in one of our world-renowned partner universities and practice-oriented classes, the studies will be carried out in English in its entirety and will therefore contribute to the international social competence of the students. The new emphasis thus represents an ideal supplement to and continuation of the already existing MCI tourism offer and further substantiates the position as the most extensive tourism master degree program in Austria. In the winter semester of 2011, the new branch of the master degree program “Marketing Management & Tourism” will commence for the first time at the MCI.
