 Systematic acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights The systematic acquisition, protection and exploitation of patents, licenses and other sole and exclusive rights are decisive for the success or failure of innovative companies, universities and non-university R&D organizations. The MCI is therefore offering an executive certificate course that takes an in-depth look at exploitation and protection strategies offering a competitive advantage.
