Effective company development and motivation Current developments in the world economy and a consequent deep mistrust in managers show that we have reached a watershed. The attempt to solve the difficulties with yesterday’s thinking and the methods that have caused today’s problems does not look very promising. At the same time, the leadership and management concepts available today are legion, as one fashion replaces the other. Each approach bases on a specific value system and on certain images of human nature, which are not always made explicit, however. That makes a good “road map” all the more important. What is new and special about this executive certificate course is its integrated and process-oriented character. The focus is on the systemic evolutionary approach, which includes the achievements of postmodern constructivism but differs from the radical constructivist approach in that it takes account of the development phases of an organization and the people who work there. Graduates of this MCI executive certificate course can apply for credits for the international master study programs General Management Executive MBA and Master of Science in Management MSc, which are approved by degree of the Austrian Ministry of Science. Applications are welcome any time. This program is offered every two to three years subject to demand. Cooperation with: ![]() |
