Corporate Communications: Implementation |
|
|
Winning people, shaping relations, building an image At a time of globalized markets, increasing pressure of competition and rapidly changing market conditions, communications are taking on a completely new importance and strategic relevance for the success of companies, products, projects and initiatives. In the long term, an organization can only have a successful and sustainable future if it communicates in a professional, skilful, consistent and holistic manner with all stakeholders including employees, business partners, customers, the media, investors, politicians, public authorities and the general public (society). In-depth knowledge is required to master the art of communications. Hard facts, including the theory and methodology combined with specific project experience are just as much a part of the students’ individual ‘tool kits’ as communicative soft facts like the ability to make a good impression in front of the camera for a television interview. Graduates of this MCI Compact course
- are familiar with the main foundations and models of corporate design and e-communications;
- have obtained an insight into campaigning and controlling and also into budgeting;
- know how to maintain effective contacts, develop networks and employ lobbying;
- have undergone professional Interview training with personal coaching;
- have the skills to chair events with big groups as well as conflict management, presentation and moderation skills;
- are competent to deal with the media, prepare a topic, write press releases and organize press conferences;
- have detailed knowledge of the instruments available for selecting an agency, providing a briefing and performing efficient planning for the use of advertising media.
