Food & Bioresource Technologies is a Bachelor program leading to an academic degree that is also a professional qualification. Students acquire an extensive knowledge of mathematics and natural science, process engineering and engineering science, and a high level of competence in their chosen specialization, i.e. Food Technology or Bioresource Technologies, which equips them to work on a scientific basis and act with full responsibility in the field. Students’ individual study programs and subsequent career prospects depend on the specialization selected.
