The Bachelor program in Management, Communication & IT lasts six semesters of 15 weeks each and comprises 1,755 hours of classes. Attendance is normally compulsory in all core subjects. In the third year, students spend an optional semester abroad and complete an integrated 15-week internship in addition to writing two Bachelor theses. The study program has an initial focus on the fundamentals of management and IT. On that basis students acquire a competence in IT-supported management on the one hand and corporate media work on the other. The program also teaches the use of English for business negotiations, social skills and the ability to design and implement successful projects. Structure of the program 1st – 2nd semesters: Core program 3rd – 4th semesters: Major in Management, Major in Media 5th semester: International semester (at a partner university or the MCI), first Bachelor thesis 6th semester: Internship, second Bachelor thesis and examination |
