MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in Innsbruck, Austria, in cooperation with AABS is dedicated to promoting high-quality, contextually relevant management education across Africa. The African Innovation & Entrepreneurship Scholarship at MCI supports students from African countries committed to fostering inclusive social and economic development and aspire to pursue high-quality business education rooted in relevance, research and seek an exceptional student experience. Successful candidates will benefit from a scholarship valued at EUR 8,250.- per year.

It is applicable for the first year of the respective master’s program and may be extended to the subsequent year of studies upon successful completion and positive evaluation of the first academic year.

The outstanding tuition fee as well as the scholarship terms and conditions for the Executive master’s program may vary.

Application Requirements for Scholarship

  • Confirmation of your application to the MCI study program

  • A motivation letter describing the applicant’s engagement in activities related to fostering inclusive social and economic development, their future goals and explaining how their studies at the MCI will help them achieve these aims. The motivation letter should also explain how applicants would benefit from the awarded scholarship (financial aspects).

  • CV

  • Copy of degree certificate(s)

  • Language proficiency

  • Passport copy

  • Future commitment to fostering inclusive social and economic development
  • Feasibility of the defined goals

  • Congruence of your goals and selected MCI degree program

  • Potential impact of your goals
