Lernergebnisse der Lehrveranstaltung
  • Students shall be aware of the impacts of European Union law on public health, both on the level of negative integration (leading cases of the European Court of Justice in the context of the fundamental freedoms) and on the level of positive integration (sectoral policy of public health / cross-border healthcare).
    Students will also provided with specific understanding of PPPs and the role of social enterprises in the delivery of social and health care services.
