  • Students
    • Have the methodical instruments needed for the professional management of core competences, technologies and innova-tions,
    • Are able to recognize new trends and technologies at an early stage and to assess their relevance for their company,
    • Are capable of rapid implementation of new technologies in products and production and operating processes,
    • Are capable of drawing up a business plan for a start-up and systematically deriving the operative planning from the strate-gic planning, with competence acquired in the process in terms of strategy, marketing, finance and process management,
    • Are able to make use of various instruments and methods of human resource and executive development and team-building and to participate in a critical debate on the subjects,
    • Are competent in the fields of communication and dialogue,
    • Are familiar with and able to use sales tools and methods

    • Are conversant with the general methods of scientific work, accessing sources of information, and documentation, citation and presentation in accordance with the general state of sci-ence and technology,
    • Are familiar with today’s scientific publications and conference activities and capable of writing suitable articles and making relevant presentations.
