Lernergebnisse der Lehrveranstaltung

• Die Studierenden kennen grundlegende Theorien und Konzepte der Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Organisationen, personalpolitischer Instrumente und der Arbeitsorganisation, unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Entwicklungen aus Organisationsforschung und unternehmerischer Praxis im Kontext einer digitalisierten Arbeitsrealität. Die Studierenden sind mit Konzepten und Stilen von Führung im betrieblichen Wandel vertraut.
