Viviane Reding is a high-ranked European politician from Luxembourg. From 2010 until 2014 she was Vice-President of the European Commission and since 2014 she is member of the European Parliament.

The discussion was chaired by Franz Fischler, President of the European Forum Alpbach and former Commissioner for Agriculture at the European Union .
