FlixBus is one of the most successful foundation stories of recent years in Germany.  It is hard to imagine our cities without the green buses.

Since 2013, Flixbus has changed the way millions of people in Europe travel. Within a very short space of time, Flixbus has created Europe's largest long-distance bus network, with an impressive 300,000 connections to around 1,700 destinations in 27 countries.

Before co-founding Flixbus in 2011, Daniel Krauss studied economics and earned a master's degree in organisational and personnel development. He then worked in companies such as Siemens and Microsoft.
