Kienbaum Consultants International is a German personnel, business and communications consultancy. It was founded in 1945 by Gerhard Kienbaum and, with 600 consultants, offers consulting services in the fields of Executive Search, Human Resource Management, Compensation Consulting and Management Consulting.

Fabian Kienbaum is the Chief Empowerment Officer of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH.

Before taking up his role at Kienbaum, he worked for an American business consultancy in London.
Fabian Kienbaum studied international management at ESCP Europe, graduating with his German business management diploma, Diplômé de Grande École, and Master of Science in 2011. The former Bundesliga handball player of VfL Gummersbach had previously completed his Bachelor in Business Management at Cologne.

In 2014, Fabian Kienbaum joined the family and partner-managed consulting enterprise Kienbaum and took over from his father as CEO in January 2018.
