    This session focuses on the essential role of process management as the backbone of any successful digital transformation. We will explore how clearly defined, well-structured processes enable organizations to harness digital tools effectively and drive meaningful change. A solid understanding of processes is not just helpful – it’s critical for shaping the future of business in the digital age.
