HR Manager, REWE
Study program: Business Administration online (Bachelor)
When I look back at my time at MCI...
… I have to say that it wasn't always easy to combine job, family and studies. But it was definitely worth it in the end to pull it through. The support you get from your fellow students when things get difficult was something that really touched me. The flat and quick form of communicating with the Head of Studies, professors as well as with other interfaces at MCI were further benefits.
How did your studies prepare you for your current job?
I was already working in HR before I started my studies. Nevertheless, I can say that I learned a lot of new things during my studies: Whether it was about gaining more detailed theoretical knowledge and how to apply it in practice or also an update on the current state of research in some areas. The most important lesson, however, was that you develop a certain stamina when you combine a job and studies.
What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?
Go for it, because education is the currency of the future.
