When I look back at my time at MCI...

… I have to smile with pride and gratitude. I am proud of each and every one of my colleagues and grateful for the inspiration and support I was able to experience at the MCI. It wasn't always easy - but "diamonds are made under pressure" and today I am happy to have developed my skills through the MCI!

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

In my opinion, the advantage of this part-time study program is the timely reflection. The theoretical content we discussed on Monday evening is reflected on at the desk on Tuesday morning and directly implemented in professional practice. This makes it very easy to combine theory, practice and solution - which, in my opinion, should also be the focus of an Entrepreneurial School®.
Furthermore, the implementation of the vision: "I complete a degree part-time while working..." also prepared me for the implementation of many other goals - according to the slogan: "If I managed to complete a study program while working, why shouldn't I be able to solve this problem?" This is also the most obvious form of leadership.
The degree has definitely given me more self-confidence in achieving goals, and that is the most important success factor in my job as a sales manager with an annual sales responsibility of € 50 million and managing 250 employees.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

Just do it - don't think twice, you can only benefit from it.
