When I look back at my time at MCI...

…I think back on an exciting, challenging, and very diverse period. A part-time degree program requires a great deal of discipline, organization, and above all perseverance. The successful completion was therefore all the more rewarding, as it provided me not only with professional expertise but also with personal development and new perspectives.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

My studies provided me with a solid foundation in entrepreneurial thinking and covered many different aspects of business management. A holistic understanding of the various areas of a company is essential for leading an organization. Thinking in models and the ability to reduce complex issues to their core were particularly helpful. These skills continue to support me in understanding an increasingly complex world and in successfully implementing new ideas and changes within the organization.
