When I look back at my time at MCI...

I immediately think of the unforgettable on-campus days: sometimes exhausting, but always enriching and full of energy that brought us together. I think of my wonderful fellow students, who made those years truly special. Of course, I also remember the many hours of hard work – at times challenging, but ultimately always rewarding – because they gave me not only knowledge, but also perseverance. I also think of the amazing MCI team, who supported us with passion and a listening ear – and never missed a single celebration. Looking back, it was a time that deeply shaped and inspired me, and connected me with incredibly wonderful people.

How did your studies at MCI prepare you for your current job?

The program shaped me on many levels. Working full-time while studying was a challenge – and it taught me the true meaning of perseverance and endurance. At the same time, that period encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, continue growing, and keep learning new things. What I value most are the solid business skills that are now essential in my work as a self-employed professional – from marketing and finance to business ethics. And last but not least: standing in front of students myself today and teaching fills me with pride and gratitude. I now have the opportunity to give back what was once given to me.

What would you tell someone who is considering studying at MCI?

A clear: “Go for it!” At MCI, practice and academia are combined in a way that brings learning to life and adds real value. I always appreciated that students’ voices count and that every lecture reflects an innovative spirit and openness. There’s also the network – of classmates and faculty – that doesn’t end with graduation but lasts a lifetime. And I truly believe that any investment in your personal development is always worth it.

What is your motto?

Growth begins where the comfort zone ends.
