How did your studies prepare you for your current job?
“The degree course in Management & Leadership has provided me with a solid and sustainable foundation for my professional activities. The utter relevance of course contents and the high competence of my teachers enabled me to directly put my acquired knowledge into practice and quickly fill up any gaps in technical knowledge. I appreciated the holistic approach of the study program for it allows students to see the big picture, to recognize connections, and not get lost in details. Last but not least, studying at MCI, I was also able to develop a set of social competencies, which proved to be helpful in assuming different, partly international, business roles.”
