Completed study program: MBA General Management

I see it as a period that strengthened my confidence to lead in uncertain, fast-changing environments. Balancing a master’s program with a full-time job invited me to apply immediately what I learned to real situations. The MBA General Management helped me recognize and trust the knowledge I already had, and gave me a practical toolkit to rethink how I approach challenges and to view them from multiple angles.
The MBA complemented my Mechanical Engineering background by giving me practical business skills — from project planning and the foundations of finance to clearer decision-making and the development of my leadership style. Group work and case studies improved my ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and roles, allowing me to link technical solutions to business goals. As someone who moved from Venezuela and built my career across countries, the program also reinforced my belief that motivation and persistence make even the toughest challenges achievable.
An MBA doesn’t give you all the answers – but it teaches you to ask the questions that truly matter. For me, that shift in mindset was the most valuable return on investment. MCI provided the environment and diversity of perspectives through its lecturers and peers, making this transformation possible while I continued in my full-time position.
