How did the program help you to prepare for your current job?

My Master’s studies at MCI gave me an advanced understanding of different topics of food production. The technical activities ideally complemented my studies in microbiology and 15 years of experience in quality management.

The comprehensive and well-structured curriculum of the MCI program provided me with a condensed way to update my knowledge in a short amount of time. I would certainly recommend this program over any individual training. I particularly appreciated the practical relevance of the course content and the international focus of the lecturers.

In addition to acquiring relevant knowledge, I also made valuable contacts at MCI. These have proved especially beneficial in my current position as head of quality management at Ölz Meisterbäcker.

When I look back at my time at MCI...

I see this experience as a great gain, both on a personal and intellectual level. Even if my part-time studies were a challenge at times, I genuinely enjoyed my time at MCI.
