Course contents

  • - Knowledge about the ILO's functionality and the core labor standards

    - Overview about the social system of a state / common principles of the socail models in Europe - losses of social welfare achievements in the crisis; overview european labour law directives

    - Difference between collective and individual labour law, overview about the role of a European Works Council in the social dialogue

    Please be aware that this course requires high level of proficiency in English language. All local students have passed an English language test with at least 90 TOEFL points (internet based) or comparable tests.
