Course contents
  • The course provides an introduction to fundamental technological and
    procedural concepts and their application in bio- and food technology:
    Biotechnological applications ("red", "white", "green", "gray" biotechnology)
    Exemplary processes of food technology:
    - e.g. aspects of preservation and conservation
    - the process of production from raw materials to the final product
    - quality in bio- and food technology.
