- company law (individual entrepreneurs, companies, representation and liability, commercial register, "Prokura" and power of attorney, insolvency, etc.)
- trade and industry law (types of trades, personal requirements for obtaining a business license, facility permit, managing director under trade and industry law, revocation of business license, etc.)
- labor law (employment contract, collective bargaining agreement, shop agreement, vacation, carer's leave, continuation of pay in case of illness, industrial accident, termination of employment relationship, severance pay, etc.)
