Project Biotechnology 2

Course contents

This project is intended to be the second step in the biotechnological project "from gene to protein":
- Selection of the desired protein and cDNA acquisition
- Selection of the suitable expression system
- design of the expression vector and its construction (cloning plan, realization of the cloning)
- Verification of the recombinant protein expression (via Western Blot and enzymatic assays)
- Comprehension of project planning, implementation and documentation.
