Course contents

- Experience and explain "Bullwhip Effect" through "Beer Game" to create a sustainable understanding of supply chain planning.
- Apply selected planning and control methods to interorganizational supply chains (e.g., echelon stock policy to mitigate "bullwhip effect," advanced quantitative forecasting methods, scheduling algorithms).
- Today's software providers offering information technology support for planning and controlling interorganizational supply chains (e.g. SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization or SAP APO for short).
