Course contents

- Identification and selection of practically relevant, suitable software projects
- Formation of student project teams, assignment of team roles
- Processing of the task and successive implementation in the project team under the guidance of the faculty
- Team-internal differentiation of the individual tasks and individual processing under ongoing internal team control through the use of agile project development methods
- Communication of project progress and reflection of intermediate results (milestones) in the whole group
- Ongoing documentation of project progress
- Completion of the project on time and presentation of the project results to the project client
- Reflection and discussion of the software development process, lessons learned, and practical solutions
