Course contents
  • In the present course students acquire a basic understanding of:
    - contract law, contract design and the act of contract closing;
    - warranty and damages, product liability and safety;
    - competition and antitrust law;
    - company law and the choice of legal forms;
    - legal aspects of legal transactions across borders;
    - the fundamentals of income tax law for companies;
    - business-relevant transfer and excise tax as well as other dues;
    - distribution law in general (sales agents, commission agents, distributors etc.).
