The Certificate in Human Resource Management program is a part-time course of study based on a didactic concept tailored to the needs of professional decision makers.
The content of the course is divided into twelve modules teaching advanced knowledge of modern human resource management. The topics covered range from the strategic problems and fundamentals of leadership to personnel and organizational development. They also include issues of human resource accounting, group dynamics, and conflict management. The course places a particular focus on modern digital recruiting approaches. Participants are provided with a practical guide on how to effectively implement methods and tools in their businesses.
The program includes 16 on-campus sessions held on Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that you will require some extra time for completing five projects as part of selected modules and your final paper.
