The Compact Certificate in Strategic Management program is a part-time course of study based on a didactic concept tailored to the needs of professional decision makers.
The program comprises eight on-campus sessions discussing relevant dimensions of leadership and management. These include organizational and relational aspects, questions of business environment and change, as well as the participants’ own role in leadership. Two reflection papers and a final project will allow you to reflect on what you have learned in the context of your own professional situation.
