Who we look for
This workshop is designed for executives and (future) project managers.
What we offer
The daily routine of a (project) manager is characterized by change and riddled with conflict. Therefore, it is vital to know how to use your energy to make a project succeed. In this workshop, you will analyze your own behavioral response to conflict and learn to optimize this based on a set of scientific approaches. You will be taught how to recognize imminent conflict as well as to effectively de-escalate and control conflict to your benefit. Group assignments and the exchange of experience will allow you to reflect on typical conflict situations and to develop feasible solution strategies for your team and stakeholders. You will be given the opportunity to take a recognized personality test to determine your personal profile. This will further illustrate opportunities for you to activate different personality types to ensure the success of your individual project.
