This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs, executives, and project managers who, in addition to their daily business, are responsible for reorganization and innovation or IT projects. It is perfectly suited for those who are currently faced with or already involved in a change project and required to implement this project without affecting the motivation or performance in their respective organization.


This workshop provides a dynamic combination of transfer of practical knowledge, conceptual counseling, and cross-sector exchange of experience.
