This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives in profit and non-profit organizations. It is also appropriate for visionaries and employees in research, development, and production.

What we offer

The aim of the workshop is to provide a guide on how to create a well-structured and efficient innovation process. You will be taught how to recognize problems and potentials early, to generate ideas, and to finally put these ideas into practice to achieve true innovation.

Day 1

The innovation process:
traditional innovation models and the 7-phase innovation model according to Roche Process Innovation

Methods of innovation projects:
as-is analysis, idea generation, idea evaluation, feasibility analysis, decision and implementation

How to successfully create innovation projects:
typical challenges of innovation management, tips and tricks for successful innovation management

Innovation management in practice:
introduction to practical assignment

Day 2

Work on projects
Presentation and evaluation of individual projects
