This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives as well as (future) project and team managers.


On the basis of theoretical approaches to perception, motivation, and leadership, this workshop will encourage you to reflect on your personal behavior and that of your employees. This is to enhance your understanding of typical project situations. You will learn about the most essential aspects of leadership and teamwork in a playful as well as results-oriented way and how to use these in the professional management of your teams. Dr. Thomas Würzburger
Thomas Würzburger holds a recognized certification as senior project manager and acts as a coach for (future) project managers. He works as a lecturer and instructor in various study programs and MBA in project management courses
