This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives wishing to introduce a control system to their business or to expand and systemize existing control approaches in accordance with their company’s goals.

Instructor

Professor Bernd Kirschner
Bernd Kirschner is a university of applied sciences professor with a business administration degree. He is the head of department and studies for Business & Management and International Business & Management at MCI. Kirschner also works as an instructor and lecturer on strategic management and control.

This workshop forms an integral part of the MCI Controlling & Management: Planning Success, Shaping Processes, Achieving Results program. The full content can be counted towards the executive certificate course.
