The Self as a Resource - Assertiveness Training

This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives in business, administration, politics, and culture. It is also appropriate for consultants, instructors, and teachers.

Our appearance and effect on others is decisive. This is because all decisions are made on the basis of the relationship level, which is defined primarily by our body language, our voice, and other non-verbal signals. International studies have proven that almost 93 percent of our appearance is determined by non-verbal signals and only seven percent by what we say. This workshop helps you experience and train methods to fine-tune your appearance. You will thus learn to understand yourself and others better.

  • Getting to know yourself
  • Developing a feeling of self-worth
  • Entering a dialog with your inner critics
  • Exploring your own physical, psychological, and emotional resources
  • Actively expanding your resources
