The Self as a Resource - Successful Performance of Private and Professional Roles

This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (young) executives in business, administration, politics, and culture. It is also appropriate for consultants, instructors, and teachers.

Our behavior to a large extent depends on personal experiences and ideas. In this workshop, you are given the opportunity to reflect on your expressiveness, flexibility, and communication patterns and are enabled to alter them according to your own values.

  • Creativity and cleverness
  • How to master blackouts and surprise situations
  • The effect of our behavior in the private and public sphere
  • The effective use of body language, voice, and speech

Comfortable clothing is recommended. There will be many practical activities following Günther Rebel’s credo “Whoever understands himself will understand others. Whoever understands others is flexible. And whoever is flexible is successful.”
