Who we look for
This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and (up and coming) executives.
What we offer
Making decisions is one of if not the core task of managers. Only by (pro)actively making decisions can both you and your company influence what is important. In practice, decision makers usually invest most of their time and effort into evaluating alternatives. However, it is by no means certain that the best possible alternative is available. According to value-focused thinking, a decision maker should first think intensively about his or her values and goals, and then systematically use his or her considerations to identify further and better alternatives. In this course, you learn easily applicable methods of how to master decision making with far less effort while also achieving significantly better results for your company (or in your private environment).
Dr. Johannes SiebertJohannes Siebert is a professor in the Department of Business & Management at Management Center Innsbruck. He is one of the leading experts in decision sciences in the German-speaking world and advises, among others, decision makers in large companies.
“Decisions are the only way to actively influence what’s important; everything else just happens.”
