Numerous studies conducted in the last few years have shown that businesses and organizations with gender-diverse management teams are comparatively more successful both in economic and cultural terms. In a series of studies titled Women Matter, McKinsey has identified a significant correlation between the presence of women in executive committees and the financial performance of businesses. As women are still underrepresented in senior management positions, the question arises whether this potential is being effectively maximized and put to use. Scientific publications have revealed that a number of highly complex factors hinder women from advancing in their careers, such as the persistence of traditional gender roles and stereotypes as well as difficulties in reconciling work and family. To break through this ‘glass ceiling’ and provide new and different perspectives, MCI is now offering a specialized program tailored to these specific needs and challenges.
