Juliana Pattermann-Gunsch, BA MA MSc, is a Teaching & Research Assistant at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in the Department of Business Administration Online and a Junior Researcher with the UNESCO Chair in Futures Capability in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on higher education and futures studies, with a particular emphasis on Futures Literacy and its development through innovative teaching and learning arrangements. Following her studies in international business and business education, she has been involved in teaching at vocational secondary schools, universities, and universities of applied sciences, and has contributed to the curricular development of higher education programs. In addition, she designs and facilitates educational formats for small and medium-sized enterprises. As part of her project work, she has been involved in the development of the FuturesComp competence framework and has contributed to national and international research projects, such as the Interreg project 'AlpBioEco' and the FFG-funded project DIH West.
