After completing my studies in Management & IT, further enriched by psychological courses, I gained comprehensive experience in managing software implementation projects and leading usability studies. These hands-on experiences deepened my understanding of the critical role people play in the context of technology. In my academic career, I am now dedicated to studying the human aspects of digital transformation. My teaching, enhanced by collaborative projects with companies and practical examples, focuses particularly on the interaction between technology and human behavior within organizations. My goal is to significantly contribute to humanizing the future of work in the digital age, preparing both students and organizations to actively shape a people-centered approach to technological change.
