Procedure of the graduation ceremony:

• Academic procession entering the hall

• Opening ceremony & welcome address

• Taking the oath and conferral of degrees

• Photo on stage with the Promoter and Head of Studies

• Graduates’ speech

• Closing words

• Gaudeamus Igitur

• Procession leaving the hall

The academic ceremony usually lasts 2 hours (without pre-meeting).

The venue of our graduation ceremonies is the Congress Innsbruck. (Rennweg 3, 6020 Innsbruck).

The fee for the participation in the graduation ceremony is EUR 115,-.

The number of guests is unlimited. Please inform us about the number of your guests during the online registration for the graduation ceremony.

The guests can enter the Dogana 30 minutes before the official start.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

As soon as the photos and videos are ready, you will be notified by your study program via e-mail.
