The MCI's tourism degree programs again performed excellently in the recently published THE-ICE Student Barometer 2018. MCI students are above-averagely satisfied with their school and are happy to recommend it to others.

The study shows that the MCI's tourism degree programs score excellently in all categories. In particular, the Entrepreneurial School® scores highly in the categories of teaching, for example in terms of the standard of lecturers, the quality of courses, group size and learning spaces. The study programs consistently achieve top rankings in the "Living Experience" category, where the campus, sports facilities and safety at the place of study are highlighted. MCI's support and supervision during the course of study are also rated very highly.

"The result is a great award for MCI Tourism and motivates us to continue on our path," says Hubert Siller, Head of MCI Tourism.

The Student Barometer is an annual survey of almost 12,000 tourism students from the member network of the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE) at top tourism universities and schools around the world. The survey results do not represent a ranking in the conventional sense, but provide comparisons and benchmarks that provide universities and schools with valuable information on their strengths and potential for further development.
