The MCI has just received some very good news: Long before the corona crisis broke out, research was already underway for a study on Austria's top employers, which has now been published in the current issue of the business magazine Trend: As an Entrepreneurial School®, the MCI is one of the 300 best employers in Austria. But that's not all: the MCI is one of the best up-and-coming employers. This rating is based on a leap forward by an impressive 192 ranks compared to the previous year. Only the branded company Eduscho scored higher in this category.

The ranking of "Top Employers 2020" was conducted by the business magazine Trend together with the Hamburg-based market research institute Statista, Europe's largest employer assessment platform Kununu, and its parent company Xing. More than 200,000 assessments from four different evaluation channels were included in the ranking. The most important question for the employees was whether and to what extent they would recommend their employer. "The most important aspects for the high level of employee satisfaction are the feeling of fairness and trust as well as the opportunity for further training", explains Statista director Silke Giesler. Classical parameters such as pay or business equipment have become less important.

MCI Rector Andreas Altmann and MCI Personnel Developer Brigitte Auer are pleased: "We can consider ourselves lucky to work with a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. We see this especially now in the corona crisis, when we had to digitize our entire operation practically overnight. Our thanks go to each and every one of our employees".
