MCI students again confirm highest student satisfaction and outstanding career services in UNIVERSUM survey | Excellent results for study environment, career opportunities and location | Outstanding handling during COVID-19

With an overall score of 7.6 points, MCI students give the Entrepreneurial School® excellent results in university satisfaction, whereas nationwide the satisfaction score is 7.2 points. In 2021, 74% of all students said they would choose to study at the MCI again, while the average value for re-choosing a university attended is 68% across Austria. With these results, the MCI is clearly above the average value of the study.

Outstanding satisfaction during COVID-19

New this year is the survey of satisfaction with online courses and Career Services during COVID-19. The MCI received above-average student ratings on both counts: satisfaction with online courses during COVID-19 scored 7.7 points, compared to an Austria-wide average of 6.8, while satisfaction with Career Services during COVID-19 scored 7 points, compared to 6 points in Austria as a whole.

Excellent Career Services

Career Services ratings are also extremely impressive. MCI students awarded an outstanding 7.4 points, while the average score in Austria is 6.3 points. "The results of the survey confirm the outstanding performance of all staff at the MCI, who work tirelessly to provide excellent services," explains Brigitte Auer, Head of MCI Quality Management.

In the survey, students were particularly enthusiastic about the excellent education offered, the attractive location of the Entrepreneurial School^®, the friendly and open environment at the MCI and the excellent employment opportunities.

Universum Talent Research

Universum is the global market leader in employer branding and talent management. The global company with headquarters in Sweden, conducted the survey in Austria from November 2020 to May 2021 among 11,010 students. The results are part of the world's largest career test of its kind among more than 1 million students and young professionals. 810 survey participants were students at MCI in Innsbruck, awarding top marks to the Entrepreneurial School®, as they have done for many years.
